TBK’s Free eBook: Book of Goddess

My fav unemployed kinky blogger, The Beautiful Kind, just published an ebook called The Book of Goddess. It’s aimed at women and the tagline is “elevating your desirability to mythic proportions.” It’s completely FREE, like you don’t even have to punch in an email address to get it. Just download, read, and enjoy. It includes a number of kinky sex snippets from TBK’s journal and several sections of good advice. I read it and think other dudes can get a lot out of her perspective, so don’t be shy if you have a penis and you’re thinking about reading it. Also, her blog is the shizzy, surf in and read like 4-5 posts, it’s guaranteed to get you turned on.

One of my favorite sections, called Talk Dirty to Him:

Tell him that you’d like to share him with another woman. Tell him every man deserves to have his cock sucked by two women at once. Tell him these things and more, and better yet, tell him when you’re in bed together and you’re whispering in his ear.

He’ll probably try to crudely and quickly make this happen. Not so fast! There’s a catch, ain’t no double standards here. Chances are he’ll try to argue this point, saying he doesn’t want to share you or whatever. Hold your ground. Fine, you don’t want to share him, either.

Two thoughts on this. First, I would be *totally* cool if my chick wanted to have sex with another dude or another woman. I know she’s got some kinky hot fantasties in there (e.g. getting nailed by a huge black guy) and I absolutely want her to fulfill those fantasies. Not only that, but I’ve participated in a male-female-male threesome. It’s not so bad. Just don’t cross the streams and you’ll be okay.

    Jake and I both hate the idea of our partner being with other people. Well, he’d be okay if I wanted to be with another girl, and I have kissed other girls a couple of times since we started dating (well, they initiated), but I have negative interest in going down on a chick (and I’ve done it at least once, so it’s not like I didn’t give it a go).

    C’mon, let’s be serious. The physical component of sex is a fraction of what creates the feeling of being turned on. The psychological component is everything. That’s precisely why we have things like fantasy, roleplaying, D/s, dirty talk, and every fetish and variation of porn under the sun. Without the mental component, you have nothing, just the rubbing of genitals. This is not just a piece of the puzzle, it’s the entire puzzle.

    When I use my vibrator, I have an orgasm faster if I’m *not* turned on, actually. I think someone else posted a comment that this was true for them as well.

    I love Jake and that turns me on, and there is sometimes a bit of dirty talk or non-verbal feedback (moaning, gasping, etc.), but no, I don’t relate to what you are talking about at all.

    I don’t especially care why – I have orgasms whenever I want them, and we both enjoy our sex life. It’s kind of hysterical that you’re both trying to imply that I’m missing out or there’s something wrong, when I’m blissed out on my relationship and happier with my sex life than I’ve ever been.

    If I have an orgasm from sex, great. But it’s not something I worry about (or even something I think much about), it’s not a goal either Jake or I are striving for – that would put a whole lot of pressure on it when we could just be enjoying ourselves.

    There’s another level of pleasure beyond the clitoral orgasm for women. Lance and I both know this for a fact as we’ve seen it first hand. And it sounds like the advice is really coming from TBK anyway, not us.

    Additionally, criticizing either of us for our relationship status is totally meaningless as we are talking about sex, not relationships. Not to mention that our relationships statuses are both by choice, what we want at the moment, and not out of any kind of fear or lack of options. As our desires shift, we alter our lives accordingly. For Lance, maybe this means cheating on his otherwise perfect girlfriend, while for me it means MLTRs, that doesn’t mean we don’t understand relationship management. If anything, our experience in relationship versatility is a positive in terms of advice.

    So I thought about this some more while I was in the shower and realized I DO fantasize about Jake, all the time – but I fantasize about the fact that the first thing that either of us do when the other gets home is stop whatever we are doing and give the other a hug, or how helps me anytime I ask and sometimes when I don’t, or how we never run out of things to talk about, or how we have all these inside jokes and often pun ourselves into hysterics after having sex…

    The relationship is what turns me on, and the sex is a reflection of that. It doesn’t go the other way around, at least not for me. I think that part of the reason we were able to establish this dynamic is that for the first 3 months we were dating, we only saw each other every 2 weeks. Granted, when we did see each other it was for 2-3 days at a time and we had sex like bunnies, but on all the days in between we spent at least an hour a day on the phone together (maybe 5 days not talking on the phone that whole 3 months) and usually exchanged at least 1 long email as well. So from the very beginning, the physical side and the compatibility side were both emphasized equally.

    I have Lance’s mindset when it comes to this topic. I think our biggest sex organ is the brain. I have a huge fantasy rolodex I mentally flip through whenever I’m feeling horny.
