Frickin’ Awesome Video Content From The 21 Convention–Totally FREE

21-convention

If you’re into attraction science and social artistry like me, be sure to spend some time perusing the site for The 21 Convention. It’s partly a blog and also a space for all things related to the Convention. Well, the best feature of the site is the VIDEO. The speakers are recorded and the video is available in high-def right now, completely for free. See this archive page for 18  videos from the 2009 Convention. These are not trailers, these are the actual full-length presentations. Totally sick, especially when you consider that DVD video with high value content often costs hundreds of dollars in the community. I have to point out also that the convention itself is an amazing value, only costing a couple of hundred bucks for a ticket, when compared to some of the summits and conferences that can cost several thousands dollars a head. Dream continues to do good work.

Interview with Dream, Founder of the 21 Convention

I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Anthony Johnson, aka Dream, one of the top young social artists in the country and the organizer of the 21 Convention. The 21 Convention, originally started as a pickup convention for guys under the age of 21, has evolved into a full blown, all-inclusive event that covers attraction, fitness, nutrition, and personal development. Dream and his team are working hard to make the 21 Convention the biggest and best recurring event on attraction in the world, and with their projected lineup of top shelf speakers, they may achieve that lofty goal this summer. Read more about the 21 Convention and see the lineup at the21convention.com.

I originally found Dream through his blog, The Dream Lounge. There were two things that separated Anthony from the rest of the pack of blogging PUA’s. Firstly, he was young, 19 at the time I started reading. Dream’s stuff was fresh, intelligent, and he tackled his subjects with curiosity and a critical eye. Secondly, he didn’t just write about picking up chicks. His blog delved into life hacking, fitness, and a variety of other subjects. You can find the old blogspot version of his blog here and the new Dreamlounge.net here. I recommend them both. One of my absolute favorite posts, the one that prompted me to ask him for an interview, is where he talks about ditching shoes and trying barefoot running.
