So I Was Driving Home And Heard This Friggin’ Awesome PJ Song…

So I was driving home when I heard this new PEARL JAM song:

One word: Bitchin’

It instantly reminded me of getting drunk and rocking out at Lollapalooza back in high school, or the maybe the Vs. days in college and how everything was totally new and cool and I still had only ever been with one chick at the time (who’s now married and has three kids). Listening to this PJ song was like getting back to my roots.

That’s right mf’ers:

When something’s on let me shed a little light on it
When something’s cold let me put a little fire on it

Yea dude there are a ton of old 90’s bands making new music. Pearl Jam, 311, Offspring, Foo Fighters, Greenday, Jet, Modest Mouse, Alien Ant Farm, New Found Glory, etc.

It’s amazing that Pearl Jam is still plugging away putting great music out there. I saw them in concert a few years back on my birthday. The mofos didn’t play my song (jeremy), but they were still awesome.

I saw them in probably 2002 at the HOB in Orlando – they don’t play much off the Ten album when they do live shows, which I think is sad
