Maybe the women that you encounter do those things because they either want more money, are pressured to do so to keep their jobs, misinterpret your interest as a serious one (hence why one used the word "novio," which means BOYFRIEND), or really don't value themselves. It doesn't represent the Latina community as a whole, at all. Hell, in countries like Cuba, people frequently would use the phrase "yankees go home" because American presence is seen (or was, I don't know how it is presently with Cuba's terrible economic situation) as everything wrong with the country. Other countries don't look at Americans that fondly. Also, why would women be so sexually open if most of Latin America restricts their access to birth control and abortion? Hm? The girls in countries like DR, Brazil and others my bad boys Bobby and Roosh (RooshV.com) have been to are entirely different when it comes to sexual behavior and its effect on society. They not only love sex, but they love Americans. When you travel to places like these you are always the hot chick! Side note: The more I actually thought about it, the more I realized how fucked up we are in the US. For years they were pushing abstinence programs in schools. Abstinence... WTF!?!? Sex is probably the most natural and beautiful experience humans can engage in and here in the US we are all shady and against it.
