Here’s a Mega-Awesome Date Idea. Steal This.

I went out with this chick last week and she had the absolute best date idea. Here’s what we did. She said that she was planning a creative, fun date as a surprise, and she wasn’t going to tell me what we were doing or anything on the itinerary. So, right off the bat, I was intrigued. I was instructed to wear casual clothes, shorts and a t-shirt. She picked me up and we drove to stop #1. Stop #1 was the Goodwill Store. At the Goodwill Store, we had to pick out outfits that the other person was going to wear for the rest of the evening. This could be absolutely anything, from a “nice” outfit to the goofiest clothes we could find.

I picked out a neon pink dress with crazy technicolor flowers and she picked out a shirt and vest combo that was sort of Latin themed. I also picked out a pink hat that was bedazzled for her and she picked out a ceramic cat that I had to carry everywhere. Total cost for the two outfits: $10. We changed in the parking lot and gave each other fake names. Mine was Ricardo.

After that we got Cuban food and then a dive bar for drinks. We got a lot of funny looks throughout the night. It was a friggin’ blast. Go for broke with the outfits, the crazier the better, and then go out to several places to be seen.

I didn’t get with the chick or anything, but we had a great time. Steal this idea.

This sounds like the sort of thing that can be fun whether you’ve just met or have known each other for years. I like it!

“I didn’t get with the chick or anything, but we had a great time.”

Wait..what?

After all this ‘fun’ you guys had, you didn’t score? Seems like you were just one of her girlfriends for the night. If game has taught you anything, it is that women expect men to lead and ideally you should’ve done the planning and led from the get-go.

Hope you had fun talking about her ex-boyfriends and why she keeps falling for the bad boys.

Its a nice unique idea but i have one more idea as well worth stealing.
1) Karaoke Bar
Serenade your date with “Crazy For You,” or better yet, do a duet. Know the words to “I Got You Babe”?

2) Ice Skating
Enjoy an afternoon on a quaint little rink in your neighborhood, then get a cup of hot chocolate after.

3) Sledding

* When was the last time you played outside in the snow? Or if you’re in a warm climate, how about a game of Scrabble? Impress your date with how many words you know.
