So you date. Do you date at the level you’d like to date? And by that I mean are the people showing interest in you as hot as you’d like? If not, well I know one very solid way to raise your game. Get fit!! Seriously kids, it raises your confidence level as well as your physical appearance. And are hot guys and hot babes ever attracted to confident, fit people.
Ok, so you say “Oh, but I hate the gym. I can’t afford the gym… blah blah blah…” Well sorry, your excuses suck!! And here’s why. I hate going to the gym too. I mean really hate it. Big muscle-heads powering me out of their way, smelly guys who haven’t bathed in days sweating it out, equipment that is never free when I need it, friends who only want to yak their heads off making my workout twice as long listening to their incessant chatter? Right. Hate it. So, I don’t go. I’m fit. As a matter of fact, I’m VERY fit. And I got this way without ever stepping foot in a gym.
