Shit… I had this one chick bash me about a post I put up on “Brutal Honesty”…

What the fuck?

Honestly, I don’t really consider myself “community”… I just do this to help out and have a good time… but it really gets under my skin when some women get bent out of shape over this.

Of course, it’s usually the ones that wear an inch of makeup… go figure (I couldn’t resist )

Women talk to themselves about this stuff. They have little “sessions” with the girls…

… guys just suck it up… because it’s generally viewed as too “pussy” to discuss amongst men.

But… then again… it’s the marketing that does it… that’s why I didn’t fault Lance at all when he tried to call me out for the marketing for Adonis a little while back …

… with everything else out there, it’s hard not to group everything together… so I DO get it, even if the perception is a little misguided.

The problem is, these bloggers that trash the community don’t know anything about it, they just make a lot of assumptions based on what they perceive a pick-up artist to be, which is obviously wayyyy off. I’m glad that so many guys are setting it straight over there, and I’m off to check it out right now and perhaps leave my own comment:)

Ross definitely came off like a douchebag. It was almost painful to watch Dr. Phil try to get a straight answer out of him. It thought the show of hands bit was pretty interesting and Nick and Scott did a great job of explaining their perspectives.

One thing’s for sure: that main marie chick seems to be getting quite the education. Sometimes I think the best thing a blogger can do is swallow their own foot; people come crawling out of the woodwork to correct them.

The community needs more brushes with the mainstream like this, so other misinformed folks like main marie can get a deeper understanding of what’s really going on in society.
