New eBook by Lance and Dr. D

It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged but I’m back and I’ve got some cool stuff in the works. One project I’ve been working on hard is my first eBook. I’m proud to say that I’ve finally finished it, The Ultimate Match.com Strategy for Men. Co-authored with my good friend and long-time wingman, Dr. D, aka “Doc,” we feel it’s the best guide to using  Pandora Charms Cheap thassarian Match.com on the market. This manual distills over 16 years of online dating experience into one lean and mean manual. We researched all of the latest features of the Match.com platform to develop new tactics and tricks, we reviewed thousands of men’s and women’s profiles, and we interviewed dozens of women to see what works and what doesn’t. And of course we put in hours of trial and error and went on dozens of dates.

Doc and I have both done online dated extensively and we finally got together this year to map out a system that works. This eBook is packed with best practices, tips, and tactics for helping you get the most out of  Cheap Pandora Jewelry in all Match.com dating.

I Impersonated A Chick On Craigslist Casual Encounters

After reading Exploring Online Hookups on the rabbitwrite blog, I was inspired to experiment with Craigslist Casual Encounters. I’ve actually had a bit of success with Casual Encounters in the past. Four years ago I went on a few dates with a model I met on CL when I was living in Tennessee. We had a great time but it went nowhere. Four years ago is a long time in CL world and I know it’s changed a lot since then. I wanted to revisit and see what the landscape was like.

How To Do A Power Search On Match.com

Hello Fun Loving Online Daters!

I get emails every so often from women asking for pointers on their online dating profiles. These are coming from random women who find honeyandlance.com through my post, How to Spot a Fake Match.com Profile, which is decently ranked in Google. Who would have thought the term “match.com scam” was so highly searched for, but it is, to the tune of 2900 searches per month. The post is third in the Google results.

Is It Cool To Leave Your Profile Up If You’re Dating?

¡Hola! dating freaks!

I recently discovered F*cking in Brooklyn, a blog about life, relationships, and love, topics near and dear to my heart. The author is Jackie, a ridiculously good looking black New Yorker. From his About page:

F*cking in Brooklyn recounts his honest, hilarious and sometimes heartbreaking journey of self-discovery. This native New Yorker offers more than just insight into the male mind, he invites you to peer into the human condition: authentic tales of soul and flesh from the County of Kings.

Happy Valentine’s Day from Recondo

I was going to put together my own top 5 tips for Valentine’s Day, but I simply couldn’t top this. Also, I think Valentine’s Day is uber lame and I try to ignore it completely, or break up with my girlfriend for the weekend, whatever is easiest.

#1: Shave your balls. It’ll make your junk look bigger, and it’ll let her know you took the time to risk your life just to do her.

Brilliant.

My Take On The Mathematics Of Beauty

Ok, let’s completely ignore the fact that I haven’t blogged since October 17th, a much longer hiatus than I ever intended. I’ll get to that later. I’ve had Lance writer’s block for the past couple of months so I figured the best way to bust out of it is to just fire off some content. I’ll do a recap on my life and crap later.

My pal Hammer pointed me to a thought provoking article on the OkTrends blog, called The Mathematics of Beauty, which I thought was pretty interesting. These guys analyze the wealth of data from OkCupid.com and usually come up with insightful and sometimes controversial conclusions. See what you think.

I don’t want to spoil the article if you intend to read it, but what they analyzed was the amount of messages women get based on their perceived attractiveness, ie cute vs. super hot vs. ugly etc, and they offer somewhat surprising conclusions and recommendations.
