Thanks for visiting us! This project started off as a lively email debate between Honey and Lance about modern dating and relationships. We happen to agree on a few things and disagree on some things. The dialogue was always interesting and often entertaining. We decided to put this thing on a blog to share our insights with others. Our perspectives are realistic, raw, no-BS, and we hope reflect that’s really going on in real life. We find that typical dating advice sites suck and don’t reflect what’s happening in the real world. We’ll try to find the humor in whatever we write about. Honey: Age 27, Sign: Virgo, just moved to Phoenix from Flagstaff as a result of her LTR. She and her boyfriend have been together for over two years and are currently negotiating the complexities of living together–a fact that is slightly complicated by the fact that she is currently searching for a job and living off her (modest) savings. Honey is a graduate from the University of Central Florida. She spent her undergraduate years in LTRs with total douchebags and spent 3 years trying to recover by being really picky. As a result, she was perceived as a “commitment phobe” by her friends, but once she met the right guy all that changed. She loves reality television, is finally getting back to the gym regularly, and shares the responsibilities for two cats and a dog (all rescued) with her boyfriend.

Lance: Age 27, Sign: Gemini, based in Orlando, Florida. Lance, a graduate from the University of Florida, used to an average frsutrated chump (AFC) and pretty bad with women. He occasionally “got lucky,” but usually fucked up his relationships with because he didn’t understand them nor did he really understand himself. After reading Neil Strauss’s book The Game, he decided to change his life and improve his inner and outer self, with the eventual goal of being a man of high value. In the process, he wants to meet and date highly attractive women. Lance is a big sports fan, likes to surf, and has a cat named Olive.
